中东运营商Zain与日本乐天达成Open RAN合作
数据中心基础设施和5G SA核心网以及相关的传输连接。
双方将合作开展一个试点项目，这将成为科威特境内首个此类网络部署。此次合作“标志着我们对科威特电信基础设施进行转型的重要一步”。此举是该集团大规模商用部署计划的初始阶段组成部分。两家公司在一份联合声明中称，采用基于云原生和开放原则构建的网络架构可显著提升运营灵活性并缩短服务上市周期。协议内容包含Rakuten Symmetry为Open RAN提供的虚拟化分布式单元与集中式单元软件，

运营效率与可扩展性提升到全新水平。中东电信运营商Zain宣布将采用日本Rakuten Symmetry的Open RAN及云平台在科威特推出5G SA服务。他补充道：“我们的目标是将网络敏捷性、Zain集团的业务覆盖中东与北非地区的八个国家。”Rakuten Symmetry总裁Sharad Sriwastawa指出，以及其云原生虚拟化软件平台。
